Are transactions secure?
When shopping with fervency you can be sure your information and card details are secure and protected.
We protect your credit card details as it travels over the Internet by using 128bit SSL encryption technology by Verisign, the industry leader, the transaction is processed by WorldPay, another industry leader owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland.
In short, we take every effort to ensure that you're protected-so that you are safe with us. We can make such a guarantee because our software and technology is the benchmark for the industry, the same secure server software and encryption systems that are used by lots of other leading online retailers.

Why does nothing happen when I click 'add one' to order a item?
When you click the add one button, it will add the item to the cart even though nothing appears to happen, sometimes the number will not be displayed in the box, all you need to do is click the mouse around the box or in it and it will show the quantity of that item. Even if you don't see it, when you click on view order the item will be in your cart. If you have any problems please call and we can take your order over the phone 0870 207 4831.
How much does delivery cost?

How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, depending on when the order is placed and what you have ordered and to how it is sent. Orders below a certain weight & value are sent 1st Class Royal mail and there service although next day can take longer. Orders over a certain value and size are sent by Parcel Force couriers, if your order is sent by courier you will receive a tracking number on dispatch. Most large high priced items almost always arrive next working day or 48 hours.
Occasionally there may be a delay in sending a order for unforeseen reasons, if you have given us a latest delivery date we will contact you if we don't think we can deliver by that time. Should your order delivery be imperative we recommend the premium delivery service below.
Do you offer a premium guaranteed next day/saturday delivery service?
Yes we do, on the order details page(cart page) you can click to add the premium Saturday or Next Day Guaranteed delivery service, we have a £10 charge for this service. If selected your order will be delivered Next Day (if placed before 2pm or on the Next Saturday following your order. Normal deliveries are usually delivered in 1-3 working days.
How are orders sent?
Orders below a certain weight are sent by Royal Mail 1st class, if the order is above a certain value it will be sent by 48 hour Parcel Force courier, if the order is above a certain weight it will also be sent via courier. All orders are fully insured through the post, you will also receive a tracking number on dispatch of your order.
Do I need to be in for delivery?
The short answer is yes, for security purposes we do request that you the payment card holder signs for the delivery at the registered billing address, we don't allow items to be left with neighbours. If you are not able to be in for delivery, the courier or post office will leave a card, you can then arrange a different delivery time for when you are in. You may also be able to go to the post office sorting office to collect your order or if you wish you can collect from the local courier depot. For more convenience you can opt to pay for our premium delivery service and you order can be delivered by courier on Saturday morning.
Can I have my order delivered to another address?
You can specify a different delivery address, we will make additional security checks on your payment, we prefer to deliver to a company work address. Wherever the delivery is going to we must have the registered billing address entered as the main address on the order details and payment page. You specify a different delivery address in the comments box.

You can pay by cheque. All you have to do compile your order and on the your personal details checkout order page simply fill it out and then print it out, also submit the order details form with a note 'payment by cheque to follow'. We will send you a proforma invoice automatically, then send the print out or invoice print out with your cheque made payable to 'wardigroup.com' to:

Pay by Bank Transfer:
You can pay by bank transfer, simply setup a direct payment into our account using the details below, if you first shop on the site as usual and add items to your order, then complete the order form and in the comments box put 'payment to be made by direct bank transfer' submit the order details and the order details will go to us. You do not need to complete the payment page. We will then send you a proforma invoice, if you then make the transfer sometime in the next 7 days, we will then look out for the payment transaction in our account please notify us when it has been made. As soon as we have received it we will email you to confirm receipt of payment and we will send your order out.

When setting up the payment, if possible put a reference on the payment using your full name/company name as the reference. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been received.

How will I know you have received my online order?
When you place an order and have paid you will receive two emails, the first will be a automatically created confirmation of your order details, the second is the payment confirmation. You should receive these instantly, email us if you do not receive these emails, if you receive just the order details and not a payment confirmation you have not paid or you entered your email address incorrectly on the payment page. Email us if you think you paid successfully but have not received a payment confirmation.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please email us immediately & call, if your order has been dispatched we will attempt to recall the order, if that is not possible the order will be treated as a return, see below.
What if I want to return my order?
You have the right to return your order within 14 days, if you decide you do not want the order you can return it, providing it has not been used and is in a resaleable condition with all packing undamaged. As we pay for delivery to you, you will have to pay for the return delivery costs, optionally we can arrange for collection and deduct this cost from the full refund. You can arrange for the items to be returned yourself, you will be responsible for the safe return of the item, please make sure it is insured should it get lost. We recommend a signed for service.
If you wish to return your order please email us and we will send you instructions for where to send it or we can advise cost for us to arrange collection by courier, if we arrange collection you will still be responsible for making sure the order is suitably repackaged for delivery, any damaged items may not be refunded if the delivery cover is void due to improper packaging.
Do you have a showroom or shop I can visit?
No, sorry we are online only, we do not hold stock at the office address on the site, some of the product manufacturers do have showrooms so please email us and we will see if you can view the product somewhere.
Do you have a catalogue or mail order brochure?
No, sorry our product catalogue is online only, if we do produce one and you would like to be notified of this please email us.
Do you have everything in stock?
Yes, we hold almost all the items in stock, if for any reason your order is out of stock or will take longer to get into stock we will notify you immediately.
What warranty cover do the products?
All our products have a 1 year UK manufacturer warranty, some items have longer warranties, any items with longer warranties will say it on the product details page.
